How do you hire me? How do you hire my firm? Let me take you through that process if I might. First of all, you gotta call us or email us and we’ll be happy to take what’s called an intake call where we’ll learn about you, we’ll learn about your claim, and as a team we will evaluate your claim. If we deem your claim has merit we will invite you in. We’ll ask you either by phone again or have you come into the office and we will sit down and have a conference. People worry about, “Well, do I have to pay for that? Do I have to pay you to talk to you? Do I have to pay you to come and see me?” The answer is absolutely not. I don’t charge anybody to come and see me to see if in fact they have a claim. So it starts with a phone call. It starts with what is called an intake interview and the initial process culminates with a personal interview here in the office with myself, my paralegals and eventually my nurse paralegal and others get involved.
