When you retain me, Lynn Harris, to represent you, you’re also retaining my firm and my staff. You need to understand that I handle all the cases by myself. I am involved in each and every case that we take. Do I have help? Sure. I have help from associate attorneys who help me in doing pleadings, motions, appearances, those kinds of things. I have an excellent staff. I have paralegals who know what they’re doing in the process of gathering medical records, holding your hand, getting you through the process. They’re available to talk to you when I’m not. I’ve had a longstanding nurse paralegal, an extremely bright lady who has over 25 years of experience in nursing who helps me initially evaluate all claims whether they be personal injury or whether they be medical malpractice. In addition to that we have receptionists and other staff members here who get involved with the intake process, the appointment process, and answering any questions at any time you have. I am the leader of this firm. These cases I take, I have my hands and my fingerprints are on them. I control them, but I can’t do it alone, and I have an excellent staff who helps me get these cases prepared, get these case tried and hopefully eventually get these case settled in a reasonable manner.
