One of the questions I get asked is, “How do I pay you, Mr. Harris, how does it work?” We work on what is called a contingency fee basis. Our fee is contingent upon winning. If I don’t get you a settlement, I don’t get you any compensation, I get zero. The process involves the advancement of costs to get police reports, to get medical records, to have the case reviewed. I advance all of those costs. I pay all of those costs. Eventually when we recover money, we get a settlement, then you help me pay those costs back, but it’s all on a contingency fee, it’s on a percentage basis. You have no risk. The bottom line is, without a recovery you have no risk for payment. That’s how the arrangement is made. It’s put in what’s called a contingency fee agreement which you can read and review and discuss, and then we’ll proceed from that point in time.
